WELCOME TO ARCTIC DOG ADVENTURE CO.

DOG SLEDDING IN FAIRBANKS, ALASKA

Arctic Dog Adventure Co. is Alaska's first certified ecotourism dog sledding company. A branch of the world’s oldest Siberian Husky kennel, our speciality is "Drive Your Own Dog Team" dog sledding experiences, offering our guests low-impact access to pristine wilderness areas across Interior Alaskan and the Arctic. We invite you to join us on a caring and genuine dog sledding experience, one that highlights ethical mushing practices, and celebrates a life lived in cooperation and partnership with dogs.

SUMMER KENNEL TOURS & HUSKY HIKES

2-3 Hours | May - October

Welcome to our off-grid Alaskan homestead & kennel! Meet the dogs and choose your own Siberian Husky hiking buddy . They are all so sweet -- it's a tough decision! You will learn to harness your husky, and then together we will embark on a nature walk through the old-growth boreal forest that surrounds the homestead.

Our multi-day dog sledding expeditions take you to little-known, magical places in Interior & Arctic Alaska, the traditional lands of the Dena & Inupiat peoples. We weave together time with Siberian Huskies, pristine wilderness areas, Alaskan-style meals, cozy accommodations, and abundant opportunities for Northern lights viewing.

WINTER DAY TOURS

2-6 Hours | November - April

We offer small-group, hands-on, immersive mushing schools in which participants learn to drive their own dog team on 2 or 6 hour day trips.
