Day Tours

To get to Arctic Dog Adventure Co., you can either rent a car or take a taxi or transfer service. We recommend renting a car.

Rental Cars

For rental cars, we recommend renting from Alaska Auto Rental or Alaska 4x4. Locally owned and operated, excellent tires, support and extras needed for travel around the state.

YES, you are allowed to drive your rental car to our location, no matter the provider. The providers mentioned here do offer "gravel road" rentals, which will will allow you to drive the Denali Highway, the Steese past Fox, and the Dalton highway (all routes forbidden by the national car rental companies)

Alaska 4x4: 1 (907) 987-0555

We highly recommend Cafego's Alaska for a deliver, wait, and return. Excellent service and experienced drivers. $225 roundtrip for 2 people, with an additional $25/per person. 1 (907) 378-1161. Call or text ok.

Airlink Shuttle & Tours. Their rate is $50 per person roundtrip, 2 person minimum. 1 (907) 452-3337

Local Taxi Services

The local taxi companies run ~$100 one way. Return service needs to be arranged/scheduled aead of time as it takes 30-50 minutes to reach our location.

Arctic Taxi: 1 (907) 455-0000

Eagle Cab & Yellow Cab: 1 (907) 455-5555
